FALSE REPRESENTATIONS AND TERRIBLE HOSTING
It was very unpleasant to find a house with no furniture; just the beds; no drawers were to put your cloth, just a few narrow shelves inside the closets; no night tables; a dirty and stained couch; a dining table; incomplete kitchen appliances; advertised but not existing ping pong and pool tables; dead roaches and bugs; bulding materials in the parking lot; no washer/dryer as advertised; no bath soap; malfunctioning smoke detectors which is a serious violation to local laws; previus visitors used food and seasonings. The worst part, is the willful, knowingly and absolute premeditated decision to misrepresent with false pictures to atrack clients. It was pathetic. VRBO should elevate its standards as to the comitment required from property owners to reach a minimum standard of quality and not deceive customers. The house has tremendous potential. It is well located, but with a "FOR SALE" sign thrown in the lawn, it probably means that the house was perhaps sold and we were the victims of complete disregard for clients rights and considerations. What I do know, is that it completly RUINED my family plan which involved a wedding celebration. Extremely agravated and frustrated by the lack of response and options to make up for such abuse and lack of respect to clients. I paid well in advance, and trusted VRBO capacity to filter scams. Big mistake.
