LOCATION: The Edgewater Bungalows by Roami are just a 5-10 minute drive from South Beach, 20 minutes from MIA (40 minutes from FLL Airport), and have several bars and restaurants within a short walk.

The Space:
Edgewater Bungalows are in the middle of the city, yet feel a world away. These side-by-side homes share a large backyard that’s perfect for yard games, and allow you to find tranquility in the Miami hustle and bustle.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 16 guests in 8 beds and 2 air mattresses. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. There is also a covered dining table for 12 in the backyard.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The backyard features a large 20'x10' pool (5' deep), hot tub, a propane BBQ, and more.

PARKING: There is free parking in the drive way for 2 cars and a metered street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis ($4-5 per hour).

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 2 queen-sized air mattresses, 16 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in.

Rental Agreement: The physical credit card used to book the reservation, along with a matching government-issued ID, are required at check-in.

Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property.

Room Size and Photos: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Views and square footage may vary slightly.
