Entire three bedroom two bath house with pool, equipped for pool volleyball, pool basketball games with LED lights for nighttime games, barbecue grill, fire pit, corn hole, entire chalkboard wall, indoor and outdoor bar. Perfect home for your bachelorette or bachelor weekend, family vacations, friend trips, romantic weekend getaway and golfers welcome! If there are any special occasions we can accommodate decorations before your check ins! Home is .6 miles from Paradise Valley golf course!
The space
Spacious rooms, queen in master, full and twin bunk bed in middle room, 2 twin beds in front room, queen air mattress for living room area. Pool, outdoor and indoor bars and eating areas with plenty of seating. Indoor and outdoor games. Bbq grill, pool, laundry, vanity/desk workspace, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ironing board, blow dryer etc. We have everything you will need and more.

Great house central location

This is a great, comfortable house in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s Centrally located and easy access to Grocery stores and shopping. We enjoyed entertaining our family that we were in Phoenix visiting. Beautiful backyard with a pool,grill and outdoor seating.

Spring break

This house was perfect for us. My partner and I have 2 kids (20months and 6). The kids loved it! The neighborhood feels safe and is close to restaurants/shopping. The drive to Goodyear for baseball was about 45 minutes with a little traffic. We are definitely interested in staying at this home again for future trips.

Great Getaway!

My husband and I wanted to take our kids to Spring Training. We had a property all booked and it fell through 3 weeks after booking. We were scrambling and found this gem! Not only was it priced better, but the location and property were better! The host is amazing, great communication and super helpful! The house was great size, the kids enjoyed the pool, kitchen was stocked to do all the cooking we wanted. We didn't grill- but that set up looked perfect also! We really enjoyed the home and the proximity to all the stuff we wanted to do! Phoenix is a huge city, but we were perfectly placed for multiple activities. Highly recommend!
