There is a patio with a gas grill ready and waiting for your choice of entrée. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. There is a comfortable couch, love seat and rocker recliner to use while watching the 52 inch TV or DVD. In addition, there are TVs in all three bedrooms. When you feel a bit warm, the community pool is a relaxing and refreshing way to enjoy the sunshine. With a garage and automatic garage door opener, there's secure parking available.
