Located minutes from downtown Gulfport, there's opportunity for playtime no matter your age. Unwind in the spacious backyard complete with outdoor grills, dining furniture, and a fire-pit OR win a game of pool in our game room. A 15 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute drive to West Beach Boardwalk makes this location the perfect getaway.
The space
Sit back, relax, and loosen up in our beautiful and roomy vacation rental. Enjoy a game room with a billiard pool table, front porch, and large back patio with BBQ grills and fire pit. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and 2 dining areas (indoor & outdoor), there's plenty of space for everyone to relax.

As soon as you arrive, you'll notice the large private front and back patio that is perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing in the sun. The back patio features several seating options including swings, comfortable conversation seats and plenty of tables and chairs. There are also BBQ grills that are perfect for cooking up some delicious meals with family and friends.

Inside the house, you'll find a layout that is designed for comfort and convenience. Each of the four bedrooms has its own smart TV and ceiling fan. The main bedroom features a luxurious KING size bed as well as a modern futon for additional sleeping space. The second bedroom also has a KING size bed. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a FULL size bed and TWIN pull out trundle, and the other with a TWIN size bed and TWIN size pull out trundle. All beds have quality and comfortable foam mattresses.

In addition to the bedrooms, there are also two full bathrooms in the house, as well as a laundry area with two full-size washers and dryers. The living room/dining area is spacious and comfortable, with a leather sectional couch and a 75 inch smart TV that has antennas for channels with shows, sports and more. You can also log in to your own Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming accounts on these smart TV's to watch even more movies and shows.

The dining area features a colorful table with six chairs and there are also counter seats for four in the newly built full kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and air fryer. We also provide plenty of plates, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, utensils, blender, can opener and more. You'll find both a Keurig single cup coffee machine and a Mr.Coffee 10 -cup machine at the house.

For your safety and security, there are exterior cameras surrounding the house that record video and sound 24/7. There is a camera at the front door facing the street, one on the front of the house pointing to the parking area and a couple of cameras in the backyard. However, please note that there are absolutely NO cameras inside the house to protect the privacy of our guests.
