This stunning one-bedroom, one-bath oceanfront surf Villa is located in the gated community of Sawgrass Beach Club, just minutes from fine dining and high-end shopping in Ponte Vedra Beach.

The villa has breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and has been completely renovated and carefully decorated for our guests.

The condo offers a king-size bed and a pull-out couch that can comfortably sleep four people.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stovetop with oven, as well as cooking and eating utensils, allowing you to prepare wonderful meals during your stay.

The patio is the ideal place to take in the fresh Florida air and watch the sunrise over the water early in the morning. This property has patio seats for you to sit back and unwind after a hard day in the sun.

***The community pool is located within a 5-minute drive of the condo.***

Our property is ideally located, 12 minutes from the Mayo Clinic, 30 minutes from historic St. Augustine, and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Orlando.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect and so beautiful as well as comfortable. The beach is so close and our girls loved it! Everyday we headed out to the beach and then headed to the pool. Lovely!!!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

This little bungalow is a gem! Updated, clean, comfortable. The back porch was our favorite-it’s right on the beach. The owner has a great set up back there with potted flowers creating an oasis. It’s a quiet, beautiful, restful place where our family of three really reset. Would LOVE a two bedroom option, but would return the price and location. Marita the host was also great!

Very cozy, quiet place right on the beach. Wake up every morning and watch the sun rise over the Atlantic while having your coffee. How else would you want to start your day. Place was clean and nicely appointed with all of the kitchen ware you need to make yourself feel at home. Car pass allows you to drive though Sawgrass to reach the shopping center in just a few minutes--and it's a beautiful drive.

The hostess with the most.

There were several problems upon our arrival. Sink didn’t drain, bathroom lights were broken, ice maker not working properly, and Mercer got TV WORKING CORRECTLY. However we had a GREAT host who cured all problems in short order-MARITIA!!

Fabulous condo!

We loved this condo. Great beach views and access, wonderful outdoor covered patio,beautiful interior, comfortable King size bed. This place felt like home- it is not the sterile type rental that so many others are. There is a bookshelf full of all sorts of books, games to play,huge TV with Netflix,etc. Personal touches abound here, from the decor to the dishes. We will be back!
