A relaxed and freshly-decorated two bedroom two bath Beach House located ON the beach awaits you. You conveniently walk into​ a living space with a ​ picturesque Atlantic Ocean view. Relax in the ​living room on three couches that all allow for a full view of the beach and ocean. One couch lends itself to a pull-out sofa in the living room. Make your way to the beach from one of the entryways​ from the family room. You are just steps away from the ​ocean and beach fun.
This home is excellent if you are a paddle boarder, kayaker, fisherman; there is plenty of room to put your toys in the water, right from your back yard.

An eat-in fully​ equipped kitchen with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The table in the kitchen seats 4-6 and perfect for a snack or meal.

The Master Bedroom offers a comfortable Queen size bed with a TV and an attached​ full bath. You have a full view of the Atlantic Ocean and glass​​ sliding doors open to allow you access to the full wrap around porch and beach.

The second bedroom has a cozy Queen size bed and a double bunk bed. This bedroom connects​ to a full bath. This room lends itself to a couple stay or place for a roomful of kid fun.

This house has a full UPPER and LOWER deck to enjoy the view. The upper deck allows for grilling on the gas grill. Chairs and lounge chairs are provided for your relaxation on both levels. The lower level allows​​ those to escape the sun and still enjoy the outdoors and ​the VIEW. Perfect spot to catch up on your beach read.


An added bonus and convenience is a hot and cold enclosed​ private outdoor shower. Shower off the sun and fun of the day easily​.

YES! This house has FREE Wi-Fi, & Cable, no smoking and no pets allowed in this home. Sleeps 4-6 .

Incredible Views

We have stayed at this wonderful property several times and we are never disappointed. It is in a great location halfway between Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine. As an added benefit, there is a nature preserve within walking distance directly across A1A. The GTM Preserve has many nice trails and kayaking available. Highly recommended.

We found the property to include all we needed for a relaxing long weekend. The view was exceptional. The only drawback that didn't affect us because we ate out was the condition of the grill.

This is our fifth or sixth summer staying at this property--for a reason. Hard to find a better spot--right on the beach, no close neighbors, and very responsive hosts. I don't know if it's being on the beach or being stuffed with seafood, or the mattress, but I sleep better here than anywhere!

Great views and lots of privacy

Great views and always a breeze. Ocean was red flags everyday but when tide goes out you can at least wade into sand bar. Swing was down that was shown in pictures that was disappointing, but plenty of other great places to sit and read of take in the view.

We absolutely loved our stay!

We had an amazing week and hope to come back in the future! The home was beautiful, the perfect size for our family of 4. We loved being on the beach and able to walk right down and not have to pack up toys and chairs for us and our kids. We saw dolphins, a turtle, a crab, and lots of fishermen. Wonderful location

Property was clean and very close to beach. We had beach to ourselves. We loved the privacy. The owner was a phone call away. The only thing I can think of that needs improvement is the commodes need to be taller.. My husband and I are in our 70’s and it makes a difference. Will definitely stay again. Loved it. We loved the privacy. House was wonderful.

A perfect stay!!!

We just spent the week before Easter at this house! House is designed out of a Pottery Barn catalog with full amenities in the kitchen. We had so much privacy and the beach basically to ourselves. We watched the sunrise every morning and enjoyed coffee on the deck and cocktails at night. It was a perfect space for our family of four. Just a quick 15 minutes to St. Augustine’s. Cap’s on the Water was our favorite restaurant and right down the road. The gas station within walking distance has any amenities you need- fishing rods, beach stuff, wine, snacks, paper goods. We had a perfect stay! Thank you to our hosts!

Absolutely Perfect!

We could not have asked for a better property for our last vacation before our son leaves for the Army. The interior offered everything we needed for staying in and for relaxing after a day of sight seeing. The exterior was beyond what I could have imagined. Plenty of space to hang out in the sun or in the shade, my son particularly loved the swing. Having an empty lot on each side made it feel like we had our own private beach and made it easier for this nervous momma to be able to relax and just enjoy watching the kiddos play. Thank you for sharing your property and allowing us to make memories that will last a lifetime.

Overall it was ok. Some problems did arise. The kitchen was infested with big ants. The hall bathtub didn’t drain properly. The tv in the master bedroom didn’t work properly ( could only get one channel). The location and surrounding were good

Fabulous as Always

This is my fifth stay and I hope I'm not too old to have more. SO close to the beach (even closer after the last storm, alas). What more could anyone want (maybe a tad less heat)? Comfy sofas, insanely comfy bed, well-stocked kitchen, and the miracle of AC. Also vacant lots on both sides. We were there July 19-23, when the temps were really high but the water temp was not what I had feared--lovely and cool. This has nothing to do with the property, but I would say do not eat at The Reef. Horrible service--unapologetically bad service. We had a good meal at Palm Valley Fish Camp and would have had at Caps but the wait was too long. The owners are very responsive. This is a one of a kind property! I'll probably book for next summer as soon as I post this.

Everything was as advertized. Not a big house but perfect for our damily of 6. We have stayed on A1A for about 10 years now, and this house has the best beach access of all the ones we've stayed at. AC unit is also the best we've had. Deck is wobbly in spots, but not dangerous.I was sad that the swing in the pictures wasn't there!!! Overall. Great place to stay. I would stay again.

Third time we've stayed here. We've stayed at many places along the Vilano/S. Ponte Vedra stretch, but this is the perfect place for us. Small, quiet, clean, and it has everything we need. Really perfect!

Perfect for us

We couldn't have found anything more perfect for us. Celebrating our 50th, this gem gave us just what we were after. The location is unbeatable, and the house is just right. Layout is great. Everything you need. Lovely yet not fussy. Hosts had a nice welcome book with tips on what to see in the area. We never left. Nature gave us all we needed to enjoy: air, water, waves, colors, shells, birds... Pelicans using updrafts to glide overhead in formation was a treat. We even had the power of a wind- and hail- filled torrential thunderstorm whip through to give another kind of appreciation of God's glory! So grateful for nice people who share their treasures.
