Wonderful house and location.

This was a lovely place to stay. Very clean, well equipped and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We were cycling for a week and this was the perfect location for accessing quiet roads, but close to town for supplies and dining. A great place to stay👍

Great location for Belleayre

A great place to stay for Belleayre for a small family or two couples. Shower is great and TVs in all rooms is a plus with Netflix and good Wi-Fi. Close to Margaretville town center and kitchen is pretty well stocked and clean. I would stay there again.

Beautiful home / amazing hosts!

The property is wonderful. There are 3 large tvs. We appreciated different AC units in different rooms so we were all comfortable. The hosts were the most responsive hosts we've ever encountered! They made sure everything was just right!

Great little cottage in north catskills

The property is beautiful and inside the amenities are modern and well thought out. We arrived to a spotless cottage, well stocked with dish detergent/ soap, shampoo, paper towels and even complementary drinks and snacks. Most of the appliances are higher end. There's plenty of storage in the kitchen cabinets and bedroom closets. We were a family of 3, but I think you can comfortably still fit 4. As the listing says, 5-6 people is doable with the pull out couch but it would be tight. Our only complaint is the location, because of our short stay and our interests, everything was 30mins+ away, but if you're looking to be in the middle of everything, this ia a great location. The property manager was super responsive to all our questions. I would definitely recommend.
