Odie's Lodge at the lodges @ Kilbeg Pier is a charming self-catering lodge in a idyllic rural setting beside Kilbeg Pier on the shores of beautiful Lough Corrib.

Situated a half an hour drive to the north of Galway City (28 km), the property is ideally located as a base for discovering the Galway City, Connemara, South Mayo, Cliffs of Moher, and the Wild Atlantic Way.
The space
● GENERAL: The entire lodge, kitchen is well equipped to be your home away from home – just bring groceries and begin to relax & enjoy your beautiful and serene surroundings. The lodge offer sa modern and cosy space for a short break or week long stay for couples and families.

● KITCHEN/DINING: The kitchen/dining room has a coffee machine, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, smart television with Netflix, dining table, dishwasher, and a washer / dryer.

● STUDY/PLAY ROOM has a 43" Smart TV with Netflix/Youtube etc, a large three seat sofa, coffee tables, and a desk with swivel office chair.

#Wireless internet is available throughout the lodge.

● BEDROOMS: The lodge has 2 large comfortable bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king sized bed and is en-suite with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom consists of a double and a single bed, and also has a sink & mirror. The sofa in the study is a pull-out double bed used for larger visiting groups. Each bed is dressed in freshly laundered bed linen at the beginning of each stay.

● BATHROOMS: The main bathroom is equipped with glass shower enclosure and power shower. Freshly laundered bathroom and hand towels are provided for each guest at the beginning of their stay.

The lodge is heated (water and space) by a new gas heating system, which has a large storage tank for efficiency and to reduce waste.

● OUTSIDE, there is a large garden (circa 1.5 acres) with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for guest use. The lodge has ample free and safe parking.

The pier and Lough Corrib is 200 metres away.

Guest access
Guests will have full private access and use of the lodge during their stay.

The lodge has extensive private gardens (cira 1.5 acres) which is shared with the guests in the other lodges.

Other things to note
Please help protect our environment by separating paper, cardboard and plastic waste and placing in the blue bin provided during your stay in the lodge. There are bottle bring banks for glass and metal containers in all of the villages locally.

Outstanding Property
This location was perfect for us; Galway was close enough to reach, but far enough away that we felt like we were in the country. The property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a couple days' stay.
