Las Vegas Stay

The property was nice. The kids had a great time in the pool. The house is big enough to accommodate our entire party. Check in was awful-We waited outside for our check in instructions because the property management company did not get back to us about our check in issue. The house was not stocked with basic needs (hot pads for cooking). We were given 3 dishwashing tabs and 3 garbage bags for a 4 night stay with 19 people, so we had to buy essentials. The spa was cold and we were notified after we booked that there were additional charges to heat the pool and spa. The heater is locked up so you cannot adjust the temp in the house. Beds were extremely uncomfortable.
