We are so excited to host you at our newly remodeled Downtown New Albany Airbnb! This home has all the charm of a rustic cottage perfectly nestled right off Mansion Row in the historic Downtown section. Within ~10 min walk (~5min drive) to the main hub filled with many delicious restaurants and boutiques. ~10 minute drive to Louisville, KY, ~15 min to Soccer, Baseball, & Yum Stadium.

There is a beautiful fenced in backyard with firepit, gas grill, seating, and lighting for ambience that is only for this Townhouse (2 units total)

*There is free street parking all down the roadway.

Other things to note
* This adorable home has a nice sized main room with a Q mattress and a quaint cozy 2nd bedroom with a Twin Bed.

* There is a Q size air mattress upon request, though please note the air mattress would likely need to be kept in the bottom living quarters for a more comfortable stay as the 2nd room is fairly quaint with the twin bed.

*We are also open to short-term lease; fully furnished.

Please leave all used towels in the hamper and leave bed linens as they are for our cleaning crew. We do have a W/D in the basement if needed.

There are two trash cans right outside of the back patio fence door that you can use if you need to replace trash. (Extra bags under sink.)

Please wash/rinse dishes used and either put on dish-mat (under sink) or in sink. Please DO NOT leave any wet dishes directly on the butcher counter.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely adore Downtown New Albany; watching and helping support the growth here is wonderful. There are so many delicious restaurants, shopping, and we're really close to Louisville as well. Another great perk is right down 10th St people can walk down to the Ohio River Greenway; which has sidewalks and beautiful scenic walk or bike ride along the river, playground, and amphitheater

What makes this property unique

We truly poured our blood, sweat, & tears into creating Our_Townhouse_Cottage as our addition to our personal home Our_Woodland_Cottage outside of town. We did our best to keep the character of our vintage 1930's brick home has been fully remodeled & updated with a cozy Cottage Vibe. There is a quaint backyard that is fully fenced with string lights and seating.
