Other Things to Note:

★ PARKING ★

**If you are staying for 3 nights or more, you receive free parking during your stay for one vehicle. You must send over your car tag # at least 4 hours before check-in in order to receive free parking on time.

** If you stay for 2 nights or less, parking is $7 daily (pay before each expiration hour). Park on the first floor of the garage. You must follow the directions to register your car immediately before walking away in order to avoid receiving a boot. We are not liable for any boots or refunds for not registering your vehicle, as it is a public garage. There is free street parking across the street from the building.

★ CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS ★

**Guest access REQUIRES a concierge to meet the guest at check-in to provide access to the gated complex and hand over the key fob and parking pass. Therefore, the exact time of arrival must be coordinated before the stay. Please inbox your arrival time and the tag # of your vehicle ASAP. Any changes to the time of arrival must be reported at least 2 hours in advance so that the concierge doesn't leave too early. Last-minute changes or delays will result in a $25 fee per hour. Our concierge is able to help with bags and bring you to your unit if needed. (Tips are appreciated.)

**The minimum age to book our property is 21 years old unless the guest has positive reviews. Luxury apartment REQUIRES a picture of Driver's License of the person booking the stay to be on file BEFORE ARRIVAL. Failure to provide your valid ID through app messenger or email within 24hrs of your reservation will result in a non-refundable cancellation.

The guest is required to sign Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking.

**A security deposit "hold" of $100 will be placed on the credit card used to book 2 days before arrival and will be released no later than 3 days after departure, pending no damages/missing items reported.

★ NOTE: ★

You may select a Check-in time within the window of 3 PM–5 PM EST. Anything outside of this window must be coordinated 24–48 hours before check-in, or it could result in a $30 charge to send a concierge in the evening. Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. EST.

EARLY CHECK-INS
Guests can request early check-in within two days of their arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any early check-ins before this 2-day window. If early check-in is available, guests will be charged a fee of $20 per hour up until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8 a.m.

LATE CHECK-OUTS
Guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any late checkouts before this 2-day window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $20 per hour after the normal 11 a.m. check-out time. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 4 p.m.

**Guests who check out late without our approval will be charged a $300 fee. This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives. **

★ PET RULES ★

**Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $85 per stay. A refundable damage deposit of $150 is due before check-in for a pet and service animal. Per stay, a maximum of one dog (up to 35 pounds) is permitted. (Please include breed, weight, and size in your booking request.)
