Welcome to our Benefit St Urban Oasis, located next to the heart of College Hill! Just 5 minute walk to Brown University, our spacious townhome offers a comfortable and stylish retreat which is surrounded with great restaurants, and the famous RI Water Fire just steps down the hill.

This home features an open-concept kitchen, high ceiling living room, 3 BED/2BA, all is furnished with brand new 2023 furniture. With ample amenities and spacious space, we provide a welcome place for all.

The Space

Inside of the home you’ll find a spacious living area with an open-floor plan and dining table for 6. All is surrounded by big windows. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the vibrant scene of the city. (Due to the high ceilings and layout there are some stairs - sorry no elevator.)

On the same floor, you’ll discover 2 bedrooms, each equipped with:

*1st Bedroom: Full bed with its own wall closet, and 32” smart TV

*2nd Bedroom: Queen bed, its own wall closet, 32” smart TV, and a dedicated working space.

*Living sofa can be arranged to a full bed with extra linens and blanket

*Master suite (located on 2nd floor): KING size bed with its own wall closet, 32” smart TV, 4 drawers dresser, and a reading/coffee lounge area.

This house will comfortably sleep 8 people.

Each floor has its own full bathroom, with 1st floor bathroom has 2in1 washer/dryer.

Great Weekend in PVD

We stayed here for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time. There were 8 of us and it was very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The area is very charming and it is walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our weekend here.

Family wedding weekend

The property is located in a beautiful historic neighborhood and is close to RISD and Brown as well as downtown Providence. The owners were very responsive to any requests or questions we had during our stay.

Hidden gem

The property was the perfect fit for us on a recent east coast trip. It’s well-appointed and packs a punch for its size. It super handy to downtown, train station and Brown University. The charming neighborhood was a pleasant bonus. The hosts were accommodating and communicated very well.
