Excellent stay

We loved loved loved this condo. Very relaxing and even better than we anticipated.! Perfect for two girlfriends as there was a mirror and sink outside the bathroom and cabinets beside it for us to put our face products and hair products and we could get ready at the same time. Truly genius!!! We adored our ocean view and balcony. We both would stay here again!!

We liked our stay in early June 2025

We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. The condo is very clean and so close to the beach making it so easy to set up for the day. It appeared to have all new appliances The only mentionable items of concern were that the condo was musky/damp, the bed was nice but a bit too hard, and the outdoor furniture needs to be updated. We had an excellent stay and loved the location!

Perfect condo for a guy’s trip. Location is awesome and the balcony is absolutely right on the beach. The unit shows a little age on the inside but everything works well. Once again, for a group of guys just wanting to hang out and enjoy the beach, it’s absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

This property had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels and bedding. The patio was very spacious. We loved the water pressure and temperature as previous properties we have experienced elsewhere have lacked in this. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. This unit is far away from the heated pool but we are young and didn't mind the walk over. Super close to play ground and grills. Parking is plentiful. Maybe including a map of the entire facilty with building location on the listing would help. Place was quiet and not crowded at all during spring break. Would stay here again everyone was very friendly.

Beach Vacation

This condo has everything you need for a peaceful vacation! The view from your bedroom and balcony is beautiful! The condo is one of the last ones before Camp Helen so you aren’t on top of other people while enjoying the beach. We love the gated community and the security of the Pinnacle Port employees on the property. There is a Publix across the street for all your grocery needs so you can cook your meals and enjoy them on the balcony with all the kitchen necessities that are available. We love this area because it isn’t in the hustle and bustle. It is very quiet and calm! The washer and dryer is a huge bonus as well! I love having everything clean before getting home from vacation. This is our second time staying at this condo and we will be back!

We love Pinnacle Port, we have been coming here...

We love Pinnacle Port, we have been coming here for about 10 years and always have stayed in a different condo. The condo was very nicely decorated with what looked a new couch and chair. The balcony had the high chairs that I love, because I can see over the railing easier. We always eat breakfast and look for dolphins from there, and love that. We also loved that it was the 2nd bldg from the end, and so the beach in front of the bldg was less crowded. It was also easier to walk to the smaller pool, which was so well maintained. Like a previous reviewer, we had trouble the first few times we tried unlocking the door, but we finally learned the trick: put in the code, after it turns green, turn lock knob counter clockwise, then pull down on the door knob. Just turn lock knob to the right to lock it when u leave. We absolutely loved the 2 sinks for the bathroom! I wish I had that at home!The bed was a nice king size, but it had a ridge in the center and 2 ditches on each side. That being said, we still slept well after the first night of trying to get comfortable. The kitchen looked worn. The refrigerator door on the outside had rust marks, but was spotlessly clean on the inside. The counters were stained. I bought Magic Eraser, thinking it just needed to be cleaned, but even that didnt get the stains off, so then I was fine knowing it was clean just stained. The cabinets need some help as the finish is coming off around each knob. There was a little mildew/mold in the bathroom, but I think that could be fixed with an exhaust fan.All this being said, we would stay here again because it was clean, and great location, and that is why I gave it 4 stars.

The beach was excellent. Very private areas to spend your day at the beach. Loved it being next to undeveloped areas, the inlet, near St Helen state park. The amenities: dishwasher, microwave, countertops, fridge was very nice. The only downside to our stay was completely different furniture pictured. It wasn’t terrible but the couch was below average quality. And, we saw the outside amenities but didn’t use because of the inconvenience of distance to use pool or weight facilities.

Very Dirty, mold/ mildew smell

This is by far the worst condo I have stayed at out of the twelve years I have been staying at Pinnacle port. Problem #1 The access code they sent me in my email to use didn’t work not a huge deal. We finally got a new code and it worked. We Got inside and the mildew/ moldy smell hits you right away. I have horrible allergies and sinus problems so this wants good for me. I don’t recommend the unit to anyone that have allergies or sinus problems. We then looked around and WOW I could not believe how dirty this condo was. Where to start? In the kitchen there was food splattered all over the wall and light switch. Food all on the refrigerator door where the previous renters had opened the door. Dried food on the cabinet doors gross. That isn’t even the worst of it. The floors were so dirty I wouldn’t take my shoes off until I went to sleep or took a shower then I put them right back on. The bathroom oh my! The shower was never cleaned and I’m not talking just one or two maybe three times it was months and months. The amount of mold around the shower pan and glass doors was absolutely disgusting. I would not take a shower until I went to Walmart and got bleach to clean it. So it was cleaned for the nested renters. On The bottom of the shower pan you could see other peoples dirty foot prints before I cleaned it. The little cubby in the shower that holds your shampoo and stuff, Someone else disposable razor cap was still in the cubby. As the so called cleaning person or persons just pushed it back to put the sample shampoo, body wash and towel in the cubby. The toilet ran all night every day. The ceiling in the shower looked like it was going to fall in including the mold on it. The mattress you literally fall in a hole where everyone else has slept. There is a lump between each side because of the sunk in mattress where you sleep. The rug in the living room is very dirty and never vacuumed. Just sit in the chair by the patio doors and look under the couch you will see all the food that has been dropped and the dust balls under it. The couch is very dirty. I put sheets down on anything we sat on because its so dirty. First time ever having to do that. The internet and TV didn’t work my husband messed with them to get them going. I called the manager about they told me to call maintenance so she gave up the number well that number was to the condo we were staying in. The AC went out and was out for five days. Nobody would get back to up. #nofanincondo

Nice condo and a nice area of Panama City beach. The complex had two nice pools, a grilling area, a lake for fishing and boating, playground for kids and outdoor games. Our condo had an easy Beach access.
