Part of a row of 4 ex fisherman dwellings in a private quiet cul de sac with a peaceful shared yard…totally new appliances including in-unit washer dryer, oven, microwave, a/c coffee maker, and barbecue grill. Brand new sleeper sofa, Cable TV with + Internet. One dedicated parking space.
This is the first time we have rented out this unit,..... hence all the new fixtures and fittings We prefer weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday, but please message us as there are times periods were we can be more flexible with the days P.S. Strictly no smoking or pets
