This charming gated in studio retreat is located on 28 acres, peaceful family friendly location.
Relax under big oak trees while grilling/BBQ and the tranquility of the koi pond.
Quiet surroundings with plenty of wildlife.
Pets can run and play in a 33' x 80' fenced in the backyard.
Feel secure with gated and security cameras (monitored) at entrance. One security camera on porch and one front and one backyard. (Not monitored)
Trailer parking available.
Close to all activities in San Antonio, Pleasanton, Floresville, Poteet, and New Braunfels.
Very close to a river access, short drive Calaveras Lake and Brauning Lake. 15 minutes to the Riverwalk.

Warm welcoming little hideaway. Slept 4 comfortably. Gaming system for the kids, koi pond, oak tree covered patio makes for an excellent chill spot. Highly recommend! Just don’t reserve for the holidays cuz I’ll be there🤣🤣

Exes in Texas!!

We visited 'ex'tended family who live about 5 miles from the property. 1st wife, children, grands, 2nd wife, children and current wife. COPARENTING done RIGHT!!! Loved the location, the security, and the hospitality from the owners! Excited to stay again next time we come from Tennessee. And, we managed to sneak in a night at the beach....great visit
