The space
Laid-back vibes, warm and chic global-inspired decor, the entire place is set up to get away and relax. Expansive windows overlooking the backyard, wrap-around deck complete with spa, BBQ, fire pit and outdoor seating areas. A full kitchen includes everything you need to prepare, cookbooks on hand when you run out of ideas, and enough coffee, hot coco, and tea to keep you going for days!

Array of comfortable and cozy beds sleeps a total of 5 people with ease.
Bedroom one - queen bed plus full sized sofa bed.
Loft bedroom - queen bed overlooking the trees with dedicated work space.
Extra blow up available to spread out if needed.

The bathroom has been freshly tiled and updated in 2021 with new fixtures. Comes complete with towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Hairdryer also available.

Living room includes wood-burning fireplace, smart TV, and access to great wifi which easily extends to the deck and upstairs bedrooms. Yoga mat and blocks, board games, puzzles, and books throughout.

Stacked washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are stocked for your convenience.

Kitchen includes Coffee Bar - Keurig machine with array of pods. Also on hand a traditional coffee maker, kettle and tea assortment for those that like to make their own. Dishwasher, pods, Microwave.

Guest access
Parking: more than enough room for 2 large vehicles on the flat and newly paved driveway with direct entrance to cabin. No street parking is allowed at any time.

EV Charging Station: There is a covered L2 NEMA outlet at the end of the driveway. Need to supply own charging cable and adapter.

You have access to the entire property minus an owner cupboard in the kitchen and below the staircase for our storage. :)

Other things to note
WE HAVE FANS and a portable AC unit for the warmer summer nights!

REMINDER, if it is snowing, you will need chains and/or a 4x4 for all of Big Bear. We provide snow plow for the driveway. A shovel and de-icing salt is on-site for guest use for any other snow removal needs. There are no refunds or discounts for not being prepared for the snow/ any acts of nature. Please be prepared to avoid needing towing. Additional plows can be arranged for a fee.

*Critters such as: ants, mice, spiders, moths, flies, chipmunks (along with bear, coyote, mountain lions) are native to Big Bear and it is typical to have an occasional sighting of any of these small creatures. We are in a mountain town & are located in THEIR territory. We prepare for small creature sightings with spray located under kitchen sink.

Please discard all food scraps into trash bin, only soft food waste can be placed into disposal. Guest will incur any costs for plumber callout if drain or disposal is clogged with food.
