One bedroom walkout garden apartment located in our home. The apartment features brand new kitchen, bathroom, wall mounted electric fireplace, wifi, gas bbq, patio, vegetable garden, fire pit.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
>Please ensure all garbage and recycling is removed from the studio and placed in appropriate bins located at the side of house (by stairs). >Remove all used bedding
>Place all used damp towels in shower. >Wash all dishes >Remove all personal food from fridge/freezer >ensure fireplace, fans, heaters all lights, etc are turned off before exiting studio.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must supervise pets at all times. Please pick up pet’s waste and dispose elsewhere.

Fantastic Stay!

The property was spectacularly cleaned, everything was fabulously communicated, and the host was accomodating and lovely to interact with. I would reccomend anyone staying in Orangeville to stay at this property, so close to the main strip and very private.

Garden Studio was amazing! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Our host was always available and made us feel right at home! The studio was FULLY stocked with everything you can possibly need and more. Loved all the extras and surprises. Walking distance to several restaurants. Don't know how we were so lucky to find this little gem but we've already re-booked for next year. Can't wait!

Wonderful place to stay! We stopped over for short stay & chose Orangeville for proximity to Pearson Airport. Studio has everything one could possibly want/need & then some! Beautifully appointed and very comfortable. For longer stays… this place has it all! Glad we came & look forward to returning!

We visit Orangeville often and always check the garden studio apartment first to see if it is available. It is cozy, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. The location is ideal.

So cute, warm, and inviting. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Garden View Apartment. Leanne has thought of everything in her renovation and creation of this space. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for 1 or 2 people

My stay here was great, and I would recommend this place to any party of 1 or 2 people. Place was clean, bright, well updated. Leanne is a thoughtful host and they have clearly put time and effort into making the place welcoming and inviting. It was certainly very cozy on a chilly winter’s night, and I can just imagine how pleasant the patio is during the other seasons. As someone from the Orangeville area, I can attest to its great location.

Very functional unit. I would stay here again when coming to cross country ski in the area. Photos are accurate but it’s even cuter in real life. Leanne is extremely personable.

I wish I could give more stars

Leanne is probably the most gracious host you will ever have. I causally mentioned in conversation that my son’s birthday was coming up, and when we arrived she had made a birthday package for him. Complete with a card from the pup Murphy. It felt like staying with family.

Charming Place!

Let's just say that the pictures does not do this place justice. It is quaint and beautifully decorated and gives you a very homey feel. The place is small but there is absolutely enough room to be comfortable for two people. Leanne was very communicative and accommodating and the place is very clean. She literally thought of everything. It really is top tier, the service and the place. Probably my only complaint is that I thought it was closer to Toronto and it is not. That is my fault for not doing my homework on the location. I did however enjoy the rustic charm of Orangeville and their beautiful downtown area. We also checked out surrounding small cities. The towns are very artsy and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I would actually visit the town again for a small getaway. My Husband was also very impressed... so impressed he wanted to write his own review LOL. Book this spot, you will definitely enjoy it!

Beyond expectations

Our stay at the Garden Studio was one of the best stays we have ever experienced. The communication before, during and after our stay was clear concise and friendly. We arrived to a beautifully staged studio apartment that not only looked beautiful but also smelt like a spa. The cleanliness was beyond what anyone would hope for. I would’ve eaten of any surface lol. A personalized note with homemade cookies, muffins and other treats. A bottle of wine and a few local craft beers in the fridge. There was also non alcoholic options provided as well, pop, waters etc. Bottles of water on either side if the bed, a cell phone charger incase you forgot to pack one…. The bathroom was fully stocked as well if everything you could imagine. Hair straightener, curling iron, qtips, baby wipes, hair ties, bandaids, advil, hair products and lotions, there was even a sewing kit to repair an outfit if needed. They really thought of everything and it made for a fantastic stay. We enjoyed watching our kiddos play in a hockey tournament in town all weekend but couldn’t join them at the local best western as we had a new puppy. We thought we would be missing out…. Turns out I think everyone else missed out. We got to go back our garden studio oasis spa and settle in with the provided bottle of wine and the provided netflix and prime shows of our choice. Could not recommend more.

Lovely spot to Stay

We loved this studio apt. It is very nicely decorated and well stocked. It also was spotless. There was a beautiful electric fireplace that made it cozy warm. Also the host was very welcoming. We highly recommend it.
