You're Gonna Love This Place! Our cottage is located across the street from Pearl River Community College - PRCC. We offer 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The home features a large 60 inch Smart TV in the Living Room and new 43 inch TVs is each of the bedrooms. Welcome!

The space
This is a 1920's Craftsman Cottage. Basically, the original materials were ordered in the form of a kit from Sears and then the cottage was built around 1927. The home has been remodeled and is furnished with both modern furnishing and appliances and well as antiques. If you are looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay during PRCC college activities or local community events, this is it! The cottage is located directly across from the PRCC's campus. You are also within walking distance to Ramey's Grocery Store, Subway, El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant, Little Caesar's Pizza, and Java Mo's Coffee Shop. There are also several unique home owned restaurants in town like Main Street Coffee and Deb's Pizza.

Check in time is after 3pm on day of arrival. Check out time is before 10am on day of departure. Need a later Check Out Time? Check out may be extended upon approval of the request up to 1:00 pm on the date of departure for an additional $50 fee.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the storage closet in the back bedroom. We also have a very nice deck area in the back yard. A grill is available for an additional fee. The cottage is also available for small family and friends get-togethers or for meetings. Prior booking for events is required for an additional fee. With prior booking, we can also provide catering services for your event or meeting.

Note: The home is available for up to six guest. An additional 2 guest may stay on the provided blow-up mattress for an additional fee.
Other things to note
This 1920's cottage is very charming and convenient. It has been remodeled and yet has the warmth of a vintage home place. It is not a 5-Star resort; but, it is very unique.

Great place to stay

Really nice place. Circa 1920s home updated for today. Everything we needed was right there onsite. My partner and two other couples stayed and we're very happy and comfortable. Location was great, grocery store across the intersection as well as numerous restaurants in the local area. Would definitely stay here again.
