We visited during the summer so it could have air conditioning or at least some more fans to move air around. Then we pay a cleaning fee so a person shouldn’t have to wash clothes or sweep the building. The last thing is a better way to get rid of the garbage. a person should not have to load up garbage and haul it to a landfill and have to pay a disposal fee that should all be included in the price. Other than that awesome place and great communication with manager/owner..
We were very pleased with this property. It was very inviting and comfortable. Everything was just as listed. It was very clean. The location was a nice proximity to activities. We would definitely stay again.
Our family stayed here while we enjoyed Yellowstone and the greater area. The cabin was one of the most well stocked and clean places we have ever rented. Hot tub was a bonus as well as having 3 separate sleeping spaces. Communication with the owner was seamless and made for an easy stay. Highly recommend!
Absolutely beautiful and clean place, would definitely recommend this cabin! Clint was a fantastic host, communication was great, he even called to make sure we got in ok! Lived this place!
We loved our stay here. It is such a charming cabin. We loved Island Park; there are so many recreational activities around, such as hiking, fishing, ATV rides, and more!
The cabin was very clean and cozy to stay in. It was a little hard to find, my gps took us further down the road than the house but we were able to find it quickly. My only recommendation would be to put the house number out by the road as well. The hottub was amazing and the cleanest I have ever seen in a rental!

Not what we expected
House is definitely in the woods and nicely decorated however there is little to no storage to make it easy to unpack No dressers , no bureaus, no shelves or closets, not even hooks to hang up coats Also there is carpet everywhere, even in kitchen and bathrooms. this was a particular problem when on the last day there the toilet clogged (again!) and also kept running after it was flushed causing it to overflow We caught it after a couple minutes but still the carpet in the bathroom was soaked We spent the last couple of hours or so drying it as best we could with towels and then washing and drying the towels. Also the welcome binder that lists rules for the house said the trash transfer station where we were supposed to bring our trash on the last day was closed on Wednesday which was the day we were leaving I asked the host and he said no problem just bag up the trash and leave it at the back door which we did even separating trash from recyclables. After we left and I told him about the plumbing issue, he seemed to imply that it was somehow our fault and also that we had “too much trash” and charged another $35 fee for removing the trash , even though we did exactly as he said Completely dishonest. Finally, there are rules everywhere about what you can and cannot do Not very welcoming at all
Our stay in Island Park was wonderful. Our host reached out to us to make sure check in went well and that everything was satisfactory. The cabin was clean, comfy and exactly as described. The hot tub was very relaxing after long days in Yellowstone. We would definitely come back to this cozy cabin.
This was a great place to come back to each night after a long day at the park. Relaxing and quiet. We never even used the hot tub and never turned the TV on either. We also went to the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center in West Yellowstone and spent several hours. Very interesting and we all enjoyed it. Good communication with the owner. We’d definitely stay here again.
Clint was very easy to communicate with, the cabin was immaculate, the hot tub was wonderful, there was so much room that a family with 2 teenagers didn't feel crowded and the location being only a 20 minute drive to the west entrance of Yellowstone park made this VRBO choice the best. Thank you!!
We loved the feeling and location of the cabin. Directions to cabin and for stay were clear. This was our first time using VRBO and had a good experience with Clint and Laurie. The laundry requests, as well as needing to take our trash to the landfill, were interesting to us, but maybe only because we're new to this. We felt at home and were glad for the home away from home.
Very nice cabin with easy access to Yellowstone and surrounding areas. Cabin was easy to find and we were greeted by a deer when we arrived. Found plenty of supplies and utensils for cooking although we primarily were eating on the go. Communication with Clint was easy and he provided additional information on the area. Would highly recommend this cabin and would return again when visiting the area.
The cabin itself is lovely. Pictures are accurate. They are repairing the front deck from snow damage but still plenty of porch space including a nice hot tub and gas grill.
Comfy beds and nice sleeping spaces.
Functional kitchen and laundry.
Access to Area Attractions within a few minutes. A bit heavy on the house rules and high expectations on guest responsibilities such as laundering linens and garbage to the landfill.
We had a great stay.
Great little cabin that worked well for our family vacation. Wanting all towels cleaned and dried before departure was complicated with our whole family packing up and going, but overall it was a neat place to stay and a decent location.
Owner was very responsive and communicated well throughout.
After long days of exploring Yellowstone National Park, it was always good to come back to the cabin - which was spacious and cozy. It was nestled amongst pines but there are neighbors so you don't feel so alone. Easy communication with Clint, very responsive.
