About this property

Large bedroom with king size bed which is rare for condos in the city. It has two desks with extra monitors to hook up laptops and converter for MacBook. 55in TV with streaming apps and live channels.

Large kitchen with counter space for cooking. You also have Ninja single blender and food processor, toaster oven, air fryer, and Instapot to use. Balcony with 2 chairs and table.

There's a community room and gym for use. Also free Peloton in unit to use!

One assigned parking space in gated area. If you are not brining a vehicle you can rent a Toyota Corolla for $200/month. Please specify with my prior to arrival.

Marta bus stop located on North Ave directly in front of building. North Ave Marta Train stop one mile away.

Ruby Chows is in the building located on the bottom floor. There are several restaurant inside of Ponce City Market across the street: Dancing Goat Coffee, Sweetgreen, Bar Vegan, Bellina (Italian), Botiwalla (Indian), Bibi (Iranian), El Super Pan (Cuban), Fish Camp, H&F Burger, Hop's Chicken, Miso Ko, Pizza Jeans, and more.
A few blocks away get the best wings in the city at The Local, Tacos & Tequilla, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Starbucks, China Dragon, Gusto, Plant Based Pizzeria, and more.

Hop on the Beltline and walk to Inman Park for food at Pure Taqueria, Bar Taco, Victory, Barcelona, MF Sushi, Delbar Middle Eastern (one of my favorite restaurants!), BeetleCat, and more! Grab a drink at my favorite cocktail bar Little Spirit!
Keep walking down the Beltline to Krog Street Market for more food and drinks!

Walk on the Beltline to Piedmont Park, Inman Park, Krog Street Market, Central Park, Ponce City Market, Old Forth Ward Park, and more. There are several gyms within walking distance as well. If you enjoy CrossFit definitely check out CrossFit RX!

Why they chose this property

Old Fourth Ward is the best neighborhood in my opinion. Located right next to Ponce City Market and the Beltline. Walking distance to Inman Park neighborhood and Krog Street Market.
