Private Southern Pines home boasting a beautiful salt water pool all yours! Located minutes from home of the 2024 US Open, Pinehurst No. 2 golf course, and 5 minutes from downtown Southern Pines. This location features large bedrooms, beautiful fully equipped kitchen, 1Gbps Wi-fi internet, spacious backyard and shaded deck, gazebo, bar and BBQ area. Enjoy a frosty cocktail and refreshing swim in the pool after a day of world class golfing! Shopping, restaurants and night life within minutes!

The space:
The rooms are quite spacious in this 2,500 Sq. ft. home. The house has southern charm and a whole lot of character! Kitchen, Bathrooms and many other recent updates. Kitchen comes stocked with an air fryer, blender, microwave, Keurig, toaster and a full set of pots/pans. Outdoor space includes a awesome large deck and gazebo area with BBQ. This huge salt water pool is new! Seated on approximately 3/4 of a acre, with tall pine trees and lots of space. You will feel the privacy of this beautiful property! This home is in an incredibly safe neighborhood, with quick access to 3 different grocery stores less than 10 minutes away.

Guest access:
You will have access to the entire property, to include the 3/4 acre back yard and pool.

Other things to note:
House rules and Guest Rental Agreement will be emailed to the guest shortly after booking.
This is mainly a liability waiver for the pool and re-states policies with regards to cancellation and damages outside of normal wear and tear.
Please ensure to review these and sign the rental agreement, as you will not get access to the property until this is complete!

Security/safety:
The house is monitored by ADT in the front and back yard. There are absolutely no cameras inside of the house. The outdoor cameras save footage. These cameras are for the safety and monitoring of the property itself. Fire/smoke/carbon monoxide alarms will notify the local fire department but it is always best in the event of an emergency to also call emergency services.

My family runs multiple Short Term Vacation rentals and are assisting with property management! I wanted to be a host because I am an avid traveler myself and I know how important it is to have a stress free process when booking and checking in/out of your rental so that you can maximize relaxation and enjoy the trip. My property is very unique as it is a large property only 5 minutes from downtown, and has a stunning pool. This home can host 8 guests comfortably. Bring out your family and friends and enjoy a day of swimming in a soothing salt water pool, making cocktails for the adults in the bar that overlooks the deck and pool, grill up a great dinner on the BBQ and end the night with either a small fire in the fire pit or go downtown to experience the great night life that Southern Pines has to offer.
