Welcome to Enchanted Escape, a historic estate built in 1917 and faithfully refreshed in 2021, offering an enchanting retreat less than a mile from the renowned Pinehurst Resort. Situated on a 1+ acre secluded lot yet just a short stroll from the bustling Village, this stunning property features the original 3-bedroom home along with two additional tiny homes, all nestled amidst a crown jewel of a pool!

-Sleeping arrangements for 12 guests across the main house and two tiny homes
-Pool open and heated to 83 degrees from March 13-November 30, 2024
-Hot tub open and heated to 102 degrees year-round for 5 hours a day, integrated with the pool

Really nice but note sleeps 12 vs number of beds. You will be doubling up in medium size beds which may or may not work based on your group.

Great House for a Pinehurst Golf Trip

Located two minutes from Pinehurst resort, we found the accommodations to benefit for our group of two families. With a main house with three bedrooms and two guest houses surrounding the pool, it would be a great option for any combination of golf groups or families. The pool and backyard was a great place to relax after golf and the property management was responsive and professional.

Fantastic stay in a fantastic place

The outdoor living is spectacular, with a very large pool (I swam laps daily), outdoor fire pit, putting green and large sitting areas. And having three separate units on property was great for privacy and noise... especially with two young kids there. The location is as good as it gets for the village. We used the outdoor screened-in porch frequently for meals and shelter when it rained. We would definitely use it again if we have a large group returning to Pinehurst.

Fantastic! - Our third year in a row!!

A fantastic home right in the heart of Pinehurst!! The outdoor space is outstanding, and our group spent a lot of time by the firepit and pool area, but the house is very comfortable already stocked with many neccessary items. The village, brewery and other restaurants are an easy walk.....highly recommend!

We had a blast. House is in an awesome location right near the numbered courses of Pinehurst. Outdoor area is amazing. Had a problem with the pool cover not opening but got in touch with property manager/owner and she helped me in a timely manner even though she was traveling. 10/10 recommended

Pinehurst Golf 2025

The Enchanted Escape was everything the website described and pictured. 5-star accommodations and 1st class yard, pool and hot tub. Beata handled the entire trip, from bookings to recommendations thru departure and was always available for a quick text and response. She was great to work with! Couldn’t ask for a better time . We’re already planning our future golf trip at this outstanding residence and neighborhood. Thank you!

The Enchanted escape was a perfect venue for our Thanksgiving gathering with family and friends.

The main house and the 2 cottages provided very well appointed and unique accommodations for our gathering. The entire property was incredibly comfortable and flexible in terms of the many spaces to gather and enjoy together. We loved the backyard and the opportunity to relax around the fire pit. The owner was very responsive and supportive throughout our stay. The location within the Village of Pinehurst was perfect. We hope to return in the future an we highly recommend.

Amazing spot

This was an amazing spot right in the heart of Pinehurst. It had an awesome rustic feel and gave you the sense of Pinehurst back in the day, with an updated feel. The separate houses were so neat, and the back yard felt like an oasis. Would highly recommend this spot!

Perfect vacation

Perfect for multigenerational family. Everyone enjoyed privacy of separate cottages but spent most of their time together at the awesome pool. A rented golf cart gave us an easy way to explore the surrounding area.

Perfect Group Getaway

This was the ultimate property for a 70th birthday golf getaway with friends! From the pool, hot tub, and fire pit (we used them all), the charming accommodations, walking distance to town…all perfect! Our host was exceptional to work with. Can’t say enough about the setting…felt like we were in our own little oasis!

Christmas in Pinehurst

My husband and I and our 3 adult children celebrated Christmas in Pinehurst and stayed at this LOVELY property. We could not have been more pleased with the amenities and location. The host was attentive to our every need and had even decorated for Christmas. We will most certainly return the next time we vacation in Pinehurst.

A wonderful property for extended groups.

Our extended family reunion was wonderful. We all love to cook and this property has a well stocked kitchen able to accommodate cooking full meals for 12+ people and a bake off by each family. The pool and fire pit are a wonderful place to spend the day with lots of space. We loved being able to walk to town, it’s so quaint. We will definitely come back again. They have a great information booklet with instructions for everything in the house and suggestions for things to do.

Girls Golf Tournament

Five friends rented this property for 2 nights while we participated in a golf tournament. The property was perfect for us. The separate buildings provided ample space and privacy for each of us. The rooms were comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well stocked for eating in and relaxing. All spaces were updated, clean and comfortable. And the buildings are all super cute. We did not have a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but they looked inviting. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful escape for family gathering g

We spent a long weekend at this beautiful property with family and close friends (10 guests altogether!) and enjoyed every minute of it (with a few of us wondering if the hosts would consider selling it). It came with everything and about 4 kitchen sinks. Tranquil, accommodating and well equipped, I know my family will not only be back but renting from Beata again at other properties. You really cannot find a better location, particularly one that is within walking distance to the adorable town of Pinehurst and its historical golf courses!! Thank you Beata!

Enchanted

An oasis! Peaceful perfection. This is a very spacious property hidden in the center a historic village. Restaurants, parks, shopping, a horticulture garden all within a 5 - 10 minute walk. The three buildings that offer a total of 5 bedrooms are perfect for our family of ten ranging in age from 5 to 75. I hope that the owners never change a thing. I highly recommend The Enchanted Escape if you are looking for comfortable accomodations in a lush, peaceful setting. I will be back again soon!

An absolute wonderful home and fabulous stay.

We stayed at the Enchanted Escape to celebrate our family Christmas (early) and it was absolutely wonderful. It is a great property whereby the family members with little ones had their own space. I was thrilled to arrive and see a large decorated Christmas tree in the living room! The property had all the necessities for us to cook a big family Christmas dinner. The fire pit was fabulous with provided wood and chairs around the pit. Sadly, half of our family caught an awful 24-hour stomach bug during our stay, and again, the separate sleeping areas came in handy to quarantine from others. The host made arrangements for us to extend our stay at the very last minute so that we could get that time back to be together. Speaking of the host Beata. She was marvelous. She was super easy to work with, very communicative and responsive, provided suggestions for Santa for our little ones and restaurants for our night out. Easily the most communicative and hospitable host have ever dealt with. Our family definitely wants to return to the Enchanted Escape. Its a beautiful sanctuary. Highly recommend!

My Family Was in Awe!

I have stayed at many VRBOs over the years with my family, but this ranks up there with our best stay! The grounds, with THREE separate buildings with living spaces was fantastic, as my older children and I like to spread out sometimes, lol. The pool was huge and consistently wonderful, with "rock-jumping" a big hit for all who tried! They also had nice Cornhole boards and a novel "Ax-throwing" game (no worries, plastic, but fun!) The smaller cottage was simply amazing and so quaint, with antique doors and furnishings throughout, and the smell of wood greeting you as you enter. More beds and bathrooms and sleeping areas all over than we needed, but even if we had more, it would have worked out just fine. It was SO HOT during our week, but the AC in the homes performed so well, the girls were always saying it was "too cold", lol. It is a gorgeous yard, surrounded by nature, even though quiet neighbors are very close by. The only things that were less-than-perfect for us were the 10pm "quiet-time" that apparently is enforced by the neighborhood, as my older kids often wanted to be pool side and such at that time, but didn't since they knew they would likely make noise. Also, they had a nice grill/smoker using charcoal/wood chips, and we prefer the quickness and convenience of propane - but to each, their own! THUMBS WAY UP, for this truly enchanted escape! - JS
