Life in Sta. Maria (II)
The place is located at the heart of Ilocos Sur (central part) which means its nearby both Cities of Ilocos Sur (Candon, 25 minute drive& Vigan, 45 minute drive)
It just a 5 minute walk away from the town’s Church a - UNESCO World Heritage site and 20 minute drive from its famous “twin falls” the Pinsal falls. Beach fronts are also a 5 minute drive away.

The space

It is important to keep in mind that the place is good for up to 20 guests, you have to atleast have 16 guests (including yourself) to fill all SEVEN rooms to booked the place entirely to yourselves. Otherwise I will allow other guests to fill the other rooms.
The space is secured with 24/7 CCTVs for guests protection, all CCTVs are only on public areas, entrances and exits, there are none on the private rooms.
Guest access
Guests will be able to have barbecue grill sessions on the roofdeck of the building.
