After a long day in the sun and sand, you can return home and get some well-earned rest in one of the home’s four comfy bedrooms. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated in a minimal theme and features lovely exposed wood ceilings, like the rest of the home. No matter which room you choose, you can enjoy a 55” flat-screen TV, ample storage for your personal items, and large windows that provide natural lighting during the day.

The primary suite is furnished with a king-sized bed and has a his-and-hers closet so you can unpack your belongings and feel at home. With marble floors and countertops, as well as real brass fixtures, the elegant ensuite bathroom offers a luxurious experience. Choose from a leisurely soak in the tub or a refreshing shower.

The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed and a stylish private bathroom with a step-in shower. This room offers direct access to the lovely back patio so you can easily step out for some fresh air or sunshine.

The third bedroom has a king-sized bed while the fourth offers up a comfy queen-sized bed and easy access to the back patio. The third and fourth bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom, and there is an additional half bath to cater to the common areas. All the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

This elegant area is complete with plush Restoration Hardware chairs (seating for six). If you prefer a more casual setting, pull up a seat at the kitchen counter where an additional four people can sit.

In between leisurely days at the beach, come back to your own private sanctuary in the bright, airy lounge. Sink into the plush comfort of the Restoration Hardware “Cloud” couch and relax as you take in the ambiance of the original mid-century Malm fireplace. Additional chairs and a leather sofa provide ample space for everyone to gather and watch their favorite shows on the 75” flat-screen Smart TV (complete with a Sonos sound system for an elevated movie night). This space is designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, so kick your feet up and let the stress melt away!

In addition to the bright and airy interior, you will have access to two outdoor areas. There is a private balcony off the main living area, complete with comfortable outdoor seating and peek-a-boo views of the Pacific coast.

There’s also a private back patio with lush greenery and cafe lights for evening drinks and chit-chat. This area is accessible from three of the bedrooms.

Of course, no beach vacation would be complete without easy access to the beach! The home sits just a five-minute walk from the sandy shores of Carbon Beach (aka Billionaires Beach), which offers public access all the way to the iconic Duke’s Malibu Restaurant. It’s also just a short drive to other incredible beaches where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views.

Guest access
As guests, you will have private use of the entire home, including the massive lounge area, beautiful kitchen, dining room, and outdoor living spaces in the front and back. Once you’re ready to venture out, you’re in close proximity to the beach and other Malibu attractions, restaurants, and nature areas.

Free parking is available for up to two cars on the driveway. We are in the second row of homes from the beach. This location may not be suitable for small children or elderly guests as we are on a busy street and there are stairs leading to the house.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. ALL GUESTS must be added to the reservation. We ask that you not have any additional guests, even if they are just visiting without staying the night.

There are multiple security cameras on the exterior of the property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the entire property.

Pets may be permitted on an individual basis - please inquire first. An extra cleaning fee of $150 is applied when you bring an animal. Please make sure you add it when making a booking inquiry.

Our stay in Malibu
We had a wonderful experience renting this beautiful home. It was impeccably clean and everything, from the furniture to the dishware, was brand new. The beds were comfortable and the linens were of high quality. However, it's important to note that this property may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues due to the multiple stairs and steep driveway. We found it a bit nerve-racking to back out of the driveway, but we managed by waiting for the stoplight to turn red. The walkway to the beach was quite narrow, and we often had to navigate around cars, which made us feel unsafe. We hope the city takes measures to slow down traffic on this road for the safety of pedestrians. It is crucial to use the crosswalks when walking to the beach, as cars tend to drive fast and there is a curve where visibility may be compromised. Despite these concerns, we had a pleasant stay and would like to commend Ewa for her responsiveness and recommend her beautiful property.

The location was great but the property is not on the waterside. Description of property is misleading. We were 6 adults and a 3 year old staying at the property. Half of us couldn’t not shower due to unavailability of hot water. When contacted we were told that it is normal. It means the owner is aware of the hot water problems and refuses to find a solution to make guests comfortable. Lots of soot and dust in the front patio and on AC registers. Sofas were too low to sit and get up. Bedrooms and baths were right size and comfortable. Kitchen and dining areas were great.
