Villa features stylishly furnished main rooms and bedrooms.
Upstairs.
Two master suites with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms, flat screens TV's and direct access to the ocean view terrace with the lounge style furniture. Bedrooms #3 and #4 have queen and full size beds respectively. There is one more bathroom upstairs.
Downstairs.
Living room has pool table, flat screen TV and floor to ceiling sliding doors to the backyard. Good size kitchen has high end appliances, island/breakfast bar with seating for 5, pantry, microwave, dishwasher, sliding doors to the outdoor dining area. Also downstairs there are two separate seating areas: library with piano and den with fireplace. Dining room has a table for 10 and sliding doors to the outdoor dining area.
Outside.
Jacuzzi Hot Tub, Bocce ball court, Firepit seating area and bonus multipurpose room "Casita" for meditation/yoga lovers or private office space for those who need to work at home.
Garage.
There is space for 2 cars but parking in front of the garage is recommended if using the Ping-Pong table, located inside the garage. Brad new side-by-side washer and dryer are there as well.
Guest access
The entire villa and gardens available for use.

*Malibu is well known for frequent power outages due to 2018 Woolsey Fire. Most of these power outages are few hours long but some last for 2-3 days. Our house is equipped with state of the art brand new 22kw generator that will not compromise quality of your stay.
