The Carriage House was perfect for a few days visiting in Calgary. There were snacks left for us upon arrival which was much appreciated. The unit was clean and well appointed. We loved the convenience of being able to do laundry. Parking was available beside the unit and it was easy to access to Deerfoot, as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Hummingbird has lots of natural light, it is quiet and very private. Had everything we needed, including parking right outside the door, half a block from a pond that we could walk the dog around, close to shops and a gym and easy access to the Deer foot. Great host

Hummingbird

The place is a great size and super clean. Rooms are big and there is a nice outdoor space. Park is a 3 minute walk. They provided all the amenities in the bathroom and kitchen including cold bubblies and popcorn which was a nice touch. I didn’t read the details close enough, but it is a suite above a garage not a usual coach or carriage house meaning it has 2 sets of stairs. It is also located in Mackenzie Town which is 20 minutes from Sw, so a little too far out for us.

Property was advertised. Good location for our purposes2 items for improvement- identify which exterior garbage cans to use as it was confusing- bathroom needs an accessible towel rack or hooks not behind a storage cart

Location is great for getting around south Calgary. A small lake is near the dwelling so great to walk your pet. Close to basic amenities. If staying in the summer months can be rather warm to sleep at night; an air conditioner is provided but it is warm.
