Copper Ridge 51-1A, a condo built for families!

Watch the sunset over the amazing main channel view from this renovated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2 level waterfront condo!

The Master Suite on the lower level has a King bed, set of bunkbeds, TV/DVD (movies only) and private bathroom. The second bedroom on the entry level has a Queen Bed, semi-private bathroom. The third bedroom is on the lower level with a Full bed and two Twin Beds; perfect to give the kids a little space. The third bath and a half are downstairs too so everyone can get ready before hitting the water.

This spacious condo has an open concept on the main level making the living room and dining area perfect for a large family gathering. The living room features a flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player. The dining table seats six (extra chairs available) and bar seating brings four more people into the plan. Also includes full kitchen with pantry and full washer and dryer.

The lower level also has a family room if you need to spread out. Two decks (one screened) provide a nice view of the lake at the 3 mile marker. There is an inviting entrance to the unit too, the welcoming deck is a great space to enjoy a cup of coffee.

The unit also comes with a covered 10x24 boat slip.

A Great Family Vacation

Loved the location and the views. Everything needed for a lake vacation was available at the rental, just bring your boat. The whole family enjoyed the stay.

Thanksgiving family getaway

Lots of room for everyone. Happy with all supplied items in the kitchen. The condo met or exceeded our expectations. Grandkids enjoyed the video game provided.

Very nice. Perfect set up for our family. We enjoyed our stay. Nice view of the lake and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and clean. The only negative comment I have is not having a bathroom right at the pool. It was a little inconvenient to have to walk down to the condo, but we would still stay here again. Everything else was perfect.

Really Nice Lake Vacation

Beautiful lake front property at Lake of the Ozarks! Very central and quiet location. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals. The only downsides were that there was only 1 bath towel included per guest and only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. It would have been nice to have some extras of these 2 things. Also, there were padlocks on both of the trash dumpsters so it was difficult to throw away trash each day. Overall it was a wonderful VRBO and I would highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to the lake with family or friends.

Jillian, thanks for the review and the comments! Please remember that if you encounter any issues during your stay to please give us a call and we can assist you. Our number is within the digital welcome book, on the pink stand in the unit and on the refrigerator magnet. As noted in our contract and on our website we provide one full set of towels per person that the property sleeps, in this case 8 full sets. We also provide one full roll of toilet paper per person that the property sleeps. There are four bathrooms in this condo and the extra rolls are kept under the sinks, there should have been at least 8 rolls and if not, a quick phone call will remedy the situation. The complex locks the dumpsters to keep non-residents from dumping trash at their complex and the code to the lock is on the refrigerator magnet. We try to make it as easy as possible to contact our office so that we can answer any questions that you may have. And we agree, nice unit with a nice view of the Lake. This condo has two levels so that you can spread out as well as two living rooms and a game room! We are glad that you enjoyed your vacation. We hope to see you again in the future! Have a great day! Nice quiet complex

Even for Labor Day weekend we were able to float in the cove and have a restful evening. When the coffee pot wouldn’t work the service to replace it was prompt. The porch screens need a little attention, but it had everything else we needed!

Great Location in Lake of the Ozarks

Overall we had a great time at this property. The location was very convenient to grocery and activities, and the slip was perfect to dock our rented boat. The condo was spacious enough for the six of us and the kids were able to hang out in the downstairs area and the downstairs porch when we weren't in the water. The condo could us a little updating. The porches could use a hose down since there are a ton of dead bugs, but the view however is great from the top porch and you have a perfect view of the sunset every night.

Great fun for all ages

We had a variety of age groups in our party. This property worked well for all of us. We had a great time and enjoyed this home. It was upsetting that the pool and the hot tub in the home weren’t open, but understandable considering the circumstances. We were told the kids could swim off of the dock, but upon arrival and reading property rules, we found out otherwise. The internet was terrible, too....but we weren’t here for the internet!!!
