This year round beach house is located in beautiful Ogunquit, Maine in the Footbridge Beach neighborhood. The house has all beach necessities such as beach chairs, boogey boards, umbrellas, etc. making life easy with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

This 3,000 sq. ft. house was built in 2004 and includes all the amenities you could need, such as a modern kitchen and in-law suite located downstairs. The house comfortably sleeps 11 guests and has parking for up to 4 cars.

My family and I have been vacationing in Ogunquit since 2006 and have fallen in love with the beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, and neighborly people. We now use this property primarily as a rental property but still reside in town, which makes me available for any questions or concerns you may have.

Our family of six currently resides in New Hampshire. We bought this lovely property in 2008 as a vaction home during summer break. We have fallen in love with Ogunquit so much that we bought another house in town and are currently renting this property so that other familes can create as many joyous memories as we have. We hope that you will enjoy the house as much as we have along with the amazing location.

Why they chose this property

This home is perfect for families.We are located at the end of a cul de sac in the quiet Foot Bridge Beach area on the north end of town. Simply park your car and start your vacation. Stroll into town by walking along the beach or relax in the private fenced in yard. We are only a 3 minute walk to one of New England's top rated beaches.

Finished basement with separate entry way. Fold out couch queen size air matress. Kitchen efficientcy with full size regrigerator and 3/4 bath. Perfect for grandparents or your teenage child with their friend. Furnished with linens, beach chairs and bogey boards. Outdoor grilling with patio. Parking for 4 vehicles maximum. A/C and washer/dryer along with advanced cable package. Beautiful backyard garden.
