Why they chose this property

I fell in love with the historic district homes and yards.The architecture is excellent and the yards are well maintained and large providing privacy. Additionally, the streets are historically extra-wide to allow drawn carts ability to turn around. The street width allows for great ability to walk pets, ride bikes, and provides additional privacy from neighbors. Finally, Town Creek, with it’s greenery runs through the neighborhood, providing a natural resource for wildlife.

What makes this property unique

Our location is in the beautiful historic district, only 2 blocks to Main St on an oversized fenced corner lot. It is located adjacent to Town Creek. A very peaceful, private country feel shared with deer daily.
We provide two outdoor sitting areas located in the front and rear of the property. In front, you can have coffee and enjoy the sunrise while watching deer graze along creek. In evening you can grill on back deck and privately dine alfresco.
The home was updated and designed to support coming together in an open space. Gather in kitchen around large island or in living area to be in the moment making lifetime memories. You can also watch wildlife across street in living room! Wrap up your day enjoying the hot-tub and retiring in one of the three king sized comfortable beds! Don’t forget, you can walk your pets on the extra-wide streets or walk to Main Street shopping/dining!
