LOOK NO FURTHER - this is your home away from home

Professionally decorated, in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in DC. Easy access to everything, on a very quiet street in Georgetown. This street level unit is only used for corporate rental or short term stays. Hardwood floors, full service kitchen with dishwasher, cooktop and full size oven, workable wood burning fireplace are just a few of the features of this classy mid century style unit. Should this place not be available, the upper unit of this two story house is also on airbnb.
The space
This historic home has been completely remodeled with all the modern amenities. Listed in one of the safest and quietest streets in DC, you are just minutes away from all the shops and nightlife!
Guest access
Towels, fresh imported lines or flanel sheets, depending on the season, feather duvet and shampoo and conditioner are ready for you upon arrival. During winter, we normally provide logs as well for the fireplace when available. This unit also has a full range of TV channels , including a sport package and high speed internet.
Other things to note
I've put a lot of attention to the interior to make your stay more pleasant. We hope you enjoy!

Excellent location in Georgetown

This location could not be better for a stay in Georgetown. I stayed for a week and walked to cafes, shops, parks, historic sites, Georgetown University. The place is well stocked and comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and welcoming.

Spacious apartment with a comfortable bed and a very nice, modern shower. The apartment was clean, quiet and in a safe neighborhood. Parking was free (upon registering on ParkDC) easy to find. The apartment check-in, etc information was on VRBO instead of Orbitz and for some reason I couldn’t access the check in information although I have a VRBO account. The check in was the only hiccup in a very pleasant stay.

Clean Property with All the Essentials

It was clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Communication with the host was excellent. The fridge was a bit small for our needs. Nonetheless, it didn't detract from our overall experience. We recommend for anyone looking to be in the heart of Georgetown!
