LOCATION
The house is located in Locust Lake Village. The community has 3 lakes, beaches, playgrounds, tennis courts, sled hill and chalet, and sponsors weekend events such as BBQs, nature shows, bonfires, and live music. A pre-registration is required 72 hours in advance of arrival for the office to prepare your welcome materials. If with-in 72 hours, fees may apply.
GETTING THERE
► From Philly: Take 476 to exit 87 (Lake Harmony) & turn right onto 903. Follow to the T intersection at rt 115, turn left. Cross over I-80 turn right at the Wawa onto 940. Follow for 3.5 miles, Locust Lake Village entrance is on your left.
► From NYC: follow I-80 east and take PA exit 293 North. Take the first exit onto 940 West. Follow for 8 miles, Locust Lake Village entrance is on your right.
PARKING
Driveway is large enough for 2 vehicles, parked behind one another. Community fee of $5 per vehicle will be applied with pre-registration.
ENTRY
Digital keypad code will be provided after booking. Codes are specific to your stay and are changed after every guest.

All mattresses are new and covered with mattress protectors

HEATING & COOLING
Currently the property is equipped with electric baseboard heating throughout, but we are in the process getting mini split systems installed. The thermostats are original, and the previous owner threw out the covers (for some reason) and we were unable to locate replacements.
INTERNET
High-speed 300Mbps - suitable for streaming videos, remote work, or general web surfing.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Coming Soon: We are currently working on creating a really unique outdoor space for the little ones to enjoy the beauty of natures. Come back to visit us next summer when it's completed!
SECURITY
We have a SimpliSafe security system installed, which includes an exterior front door camera, motion detection (living room), and exit notifications which you'll hear upon opening and closing doors.
