Beautiful Tuscan Garage Apartment PET FRIENDLY, AND NO CLEANING FEES!
Beautiful and quiet Tuscan style garage apartment. This a self-contained garage apartment, with kitchen, dedicated workspace, a queen size bed, a pull-out twin sofa and a fold-down futon couch.
It includes, free WiFi, SMART TV, and free off-street/driveway parking. We are walking distance to Lake Pasadena and a half block to the new SunRunner Transit Station which allows you to get to St Pete Beach and downtown St Pete in just minutes.
NOTE: This is an open concept newly renovated garage apartment.
There is a queen bed (sleeps 2), a pull-out love seat with a twin mattress (sleeps 1) and a futon style sofa that folds down into a full bed (sleeps 2).
