Relax w/the whole group at this peaceful place to stay. Two blocks north of I-40 in downtown Amarillo. Pets welcome!
This listing is for TWO SEPARATE studios directly across from each other.
Perfect for larger groups traveling together, yet still want their own privacy.
Sleeps 6 guests. Studio Collin (520 Sq ft) has 1 queen bed, a smaller futon in separate living area. Bathroom, & kitchenette. The Riley (250 Sq ft) has 1 queen bed, bathroom, & kitchenette.
Shared driveway parking. Kid friendly. Pack n Play with mattress cover and blanket available for $15 rental fee.
Large patio to share. Has plenty of seating, as well as a g
rill and all supplies for guests use. Keyless entries. Small back patio and dog run at Studio Collin Also, a turf area in front, next to the garage, perfect for letting your pets take a bathroom break.
We strive to make it home away from home. We've tried to be very detail oriented in providing anything our guests may need to have a comfortable visit.
Guests may park in the driveway in a single file. Just pull all the way down to the garage and you'll see the studios to the left. (please do not drive on the turf next to the driveway) Street parking is also available
There are extra pillows and blankets in both closets at Studio Collin. We have exterior security cameras in front of the main house, as well as the driveway where you will park

A late checkout will result in a fee. Our cleaners typically arrive promptly and still have to be paid for their time
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great property hidden just far enough off higway to be close yet quiet. Great host, very thorough set up and nice decor. Would recommend for sure!

Adorable

Great place. Stocked with everything you would need including wine. I would certainly stay there again. Neighbor hood needs updating but that is happening. You will not be sorry if you stay here and did l mention dog toys and treats.
