Gorgeous 3+ bed, 2 bath retreat nestled on fully recreational Eau Pleine - 15 min to Mosinee Airport & Marshfield Clinic. Kitchen w new appliances opens to dining/ family room w fireplace & walls of new windows. En suite bedroom w walkin closet & bath w shower. Laundry. Walkout family room w fireplace, wetbar & gameroom w pool/air hockey/ping pong. Big deck & grill, flat yard to water. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, boating, tubing & firepit. Pets welcome. New dock installed. As about Pontoon rental.
Other things to note
Pontoon boat rentals available on Eau Pleine, directly across from lake. They deliver to our dock. This is a 3rd party service.
