*two smart TV's available. One in living room and 2nd in master bedroom. You will need to provide your own log in information for other apps such as Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, HBO Max, Prime, etc.

Guests are welcome to use entire property, backyard, and two car garage.

Although our home is in a safe neighborhood, we do have a Ring system at the front door for both your safety and ours. That is the only camera on the property, absolutely no cameras inside the home as we understand your privacy is important.

Front entry key pad, as well as other key services at our home are connected to Wifi internet. We ask that it stays plugged in at all times during your stay.

Our backyard entrances are locked for your safety, but the backyard can be easily accessed from inside the house and the garage.

Only the right side of our garage can be opened with a remote at the moment. The left door must be manually opened from inside. Both sides coming soon!
Other things to note
All guests must be invited to join the reservation via email form reservation page. For your security and ours, we will only provide entry information to the person who has made the reservation. If anyone else is checking in, this needs to be made clear and approved prior to arrival. Identification is required.
