Amazing Location in Dallas! This Town Home is in Lower Greenville and extremely close to Knox Henderson and other popular neighborhoods as well. Very close to restaurants, nightlight, and local shops.

This townhome is conveniently located and has a private attached garage as well as an open floor plan. With a spacious atmosphere, the 2nd level includes a bed and bath, living room space, dining table, and a kitchen. On the 3rd level we have a master bedroom and bath with a walk-in closet as well as another bed and bathroom.

You will have access to a private, attached 2 car garage. Ridesharing is also easily accessible, but this property is walkable to most things you would want to be near.

Great location, spacious, garage

right where i wanted to be, good parking, clean. had to fix the disposal in the kitchen sink myself (because it was Thanksgiving Day), but that was no big deal. Was able to cook turkey wellington and pumpkin créme brùee with the utensils available. Nice stay

Just meh

The location was amazing, but aside from that I would not willingly stay here again. The listing said this place could sleep 8, but in reality it could sleep 5, maybe 6 uncomfortably. Thankfully we had family in town who lent us an air mattress. The water pressure across the property was HORRIBLE. The toilet seat in the master bathroom had a crack in it. The freezer was completely frozen over so you couldn't use the ice maker. Bathrooms could only be accessed through bedrooms which made arrangements a little awkward. All in all, it just seemed like a carelessly put together property used as a money grab. There were so many issues that could be easily fixed to make it a better stay.
