Gorgeous bungalow in Berkeley, walking distance from parks, lakes, restaurants, bars, boutiques, & the awesome and fun Tennyson District. One mile to the Highlands. 10 minute or less drive/scoot to Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, and Union Station. Very clean and safe neighborhood. This bungalow has a cozy sun room and front porch and a large backyard with a fire pit, pergola, and dining table.

Don't let the "sleeper sofa" fool you. It's a king size, no bar, so comfy, and in its own room with French doors out to the sun room.

We loved the house!

Beds were comfortable. Could open the windows and enjoy the fresh cool air. Sat around the firepit at night, very relaxing! Went to a Rockies game, close to stadium. Close to Safeway and liquor store, and downtown shopping Very safe quite neighborhood! Leslie was available if we had questions. Will stay here again and recommend to friends.
