Our property is newly renovated and centrally located between the Airport and Downtown. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, and is full of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Each bedroom and the common area have 12k btu heater/air-condition units to keep the temp perfect.

We keep the property impeccably clean, including the hot tub. We offer parking directly in front of the house and the host is available if you have any question or needs during your stay.

Smart House = Smart Stay

We loved the house and the owner is an epic communicator. This home was eclectic, clean and fun! Attended a Nuggets game, easy Lyft ride to and from Ball Arena. Plenty of room for everyone. 5 stars!

Great for big group

Had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the small, unique details of the house. It was perfect for our event and worked great for hosting a big group with lots of room!

Super Cool Pad

This place was perfect for our friend trip. We met the owner when we arrived early and he was totally cool about letting us bring our stuff in. The house was really clean and super spacious! You are a 10-15 min drive to anywhere you want to go. Parking was easy and the back yard was a nice hangout!

Chill bachelor party

Had a fairly low-key bachelor party based out of the property; everyone was really impressed with the amenities. The air mattress was particularly clutch for making sure everyone had a spot. Hot tub was good too, though definitely a bit tricky to get warmed up.
