Settle into a relaxing vacation the moment you pull into the driveway of our crystal blue home, Family Tides. There is plenty of covered parking for friends and family. As you walk into Family Tides, the newly renovated kitchen with modern quartz countertop will catch your eye. Unwind in the open floor plan with dining seating for 8. Walk out onto the deck from the open kitchen and listen to the waves from one of our rocking chairs. Relax in the hot tub while burgers cook on the grill beneath the modern globe lights. After 5 minute walk to Family Tides from one of two beach access points, rinse off the salt and sand in the new outdoor shower. Tired of the beach? Explore the 11 mile Emerald Isle bike path right from your back yard. Settle in for the night in one of three bedrooms. Watch a movie from either the living room or bedroom while the kids sleep in the bunks. Bring your furry friend as this home is pet friendly. Family Tides awates!

Great location and quick access to the beach. We were only there for a few nights and bummed the hot tub wasn't working despite the efforts of the owner/team to get it fixed. The home is quaint and roomy but could benefit from a deep clean.

We are always looking for new areas to explore when visiting our Marine and this location did not disappoint. The property itself was easy to find, clean and comfortable and close to everything! The host was wonderful as well.

Overall, we had a great time. The location is great, the stove works well, kitchen aid mixer and the perfectly seasoned cast iron is a wonderful bonus! The AC works like a champ, all the beds and linens are super comfortable- for real, we all slept so well. Some things to note. The outdoor shower is in an interesting location, which doesnt really feel private, as well, it has no hooks. The driveway can be hard to navigate, particularly at night. The shared bathroom did have a slow drain, as well, the lamp in my room had a broken on/off switch, made reading at night interesting, as I had to unscrew hot bulb to turn off. If prop management addresses a couple issues, this place would be great. Solid 3.5 stars.

Rooms were clean - ac & heat worked great- the hot tub unfortunately wasn’t working at its best the hot tub people unable to fix when they came out- but Brian the host was gracious and refunded us 100 ! Brian and his property manager Drew were quick to answer and get in touch with ! The beach was close and we rented a golf cart to get around ! We loved the deck felt like we were in trees great place to have coffee in the morning wine in the evening! You could hear the ocean ! Especially enjoyed being able to bring our fur baby! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect beach vacation!!

The location is wonderful - close to the beach, plus shopping and restaurants. Definitely check out Fish Hut Grill for some amazing food and killer margaritas!! Home is well stocked, clean, and nice accommodations. Great stay!

Wonderful

The property was beautiful and comfortable for our group of 3 adults and 3 teens. We loved the open floor plan and the easy walk to the beach. The beautiful deck and jacuzzi were enjoyed by all. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Emerald Isle.

Just what we needed!

The property was perfect for my family’s spring break getaway. The location made it easy to enjoy all of the on-beach and off-beach activities that EI has to offer. Beyond that, the host and property manager were accessible, responsive, and great to deal with. We also loved that the property was pet-friendly so our dog could join us. We’ll definitely be back!

Family Beach Trip

We had an amazing time at Brian's property! The house had everything we needed for our stay, including beach chairs and plenty of linens. The property manager was attentive and responded right away when there was small issue with the dishwasher. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor shower at the end of a day on the beach , which was a quick walk and even quicker golf cart ride from the house. If you and your family are looking for a laid-back beach vacation, this is a great spot!

A Perfect Stay!

Perfectly sized and laid out for relaxation, nestled in the trees for privacy but right where you need to be for everything. The beach a short walk and the town a short ride or drive. We loved the vantage point from the deckabove the driveway and all of the neighborhood wildlife on walks with the pup. The house has everything you need, including the hot tub to relax at the end of the day.

Should have stayed longer

Very nicely situated location. The bicycles were wonderful, perfect suited my family of 4 with the youngest being 10. House had everything you would need and the deck was especially relaxing in the morning. Location was close to restaurant and shopping but far enough for a nice bike ride with kids! Will be looking to come back.
