This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom plus den features a primary bedroom with a king bed, ocean view, and en suite bathroom. The guest room offers a queen bed and walk-in closet. Enjoy comfortable, luxurious mattresses and Peacock Alley linens and bedding. The den functions as an extra bedroom, with a sleeper sofa, full bathroom, and a pocket door for privacy. The den is perfect for kids or teens and includes KIDZ KORNER, with toys, games, and art supplies. Bring the kids’ game console to hook up to the large TV in the den. There are four brand-new, 55-65” TVs, cable TV in every room, and wireless internet. The living room offers a sleeper sofa for more accommodations.
The fully updated, well-appointed kitchen has warm maple cabinetry, gorgeous granite countertops, a huge island, and brand-new appliances. Truly a home away from home, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. There is a full-size washer/dryer in the unit.
The Aransas Princess is a beachfront luxury condominium resort. The property features two large swimming pools, including a lap pool that is heated in the winter, a Jacuzzi hot tub, two lighted tennis courts, basketball, a private lighted boardwalk to the beach with a security gate, and 24/7 front desk attendant.
Rent a golf cart right around the corner and drive the golf cart along Eleventh St. into Port A. There are so many great restaurants, shops and boutiques to check out. Port A has such a fun, friendly, relaxed vibe.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
