Including a King Size bed, working desk, sitting and dining area and a fully equipped Italian kitchenette with cooktop, minifridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine will open possibilities to decide if you go out or stay for dinner. When you just cannot leave, take advantage of the in-unit washer/dryer to get everything ready and start another week at your Beach Haus. 530 sqft unit. Maximum number of adults is 2.

Secluded four story building in the heart of Bal Harbour, just steps from the beach, with fully furnished apartments ready to move-in.
Take a seat and enjoy the sunset on the Intracoastal Waterway from our own back yard or relax at the pristine Bal Harbour Beach with complimentary chairs, towels and umbrellas waiting for you.
You can also bike on the boardwalk with a Beach Haus bicycle ready for you at no cost (based upon availability).

Unfortunately the king bed is horrible, so we did not have a good nights sleep. The bed creaks every time you move. Also, one of the hand towels had make up on it from a prior guest. We come to Miami every few months unfortunately we will have to find another place.

Upon arrival, the room was in decent condition. They do not clean your room daily even with the option to “please service room” on the door. Clean towels had to be requested. A coffee machine with only 2 pods available and we were told that’s all they give you. When the toilet was broken there was nobody available to fix it, we were told it could be fixed the following day by an answering service which was no help at all - this was not only an inconvenience seeing as that’s a basic necessity but also a health hazard.
