Hang out on the sofas as a ceiling fan whirs from the beamed ceiling as you stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Gather everyone for the meals you prepare in the nicely equipped kitchen around the 10-seat dining table. There are two bedrooms on this level, too: one with two single beds and another with a pyramid bunk with a full bathroom between them. Two other bedrooms — a king master and queen bedroom with access to a full hallway bath are located on the upper level. All of the bedrooms feature Smart TVs and ceiling fans. Another Smart TV is located in the media room connected to the queen bedroom, an ideal spot to retreat when you prefer some peace and quiet. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
