I've lived in Cambridge for 25 years, raised my kids in this building and love my neighborhood. I enjoy continuing to keep my building filled with people for whom Cambridge is a temporary residence.
Why they chose this property
This is a great neighborhood because it has all the convenience of urban life -- near shops, public transit, nightlife. And it is also got the pleasures of quiet, and neighborliness. I love the birdlife thanks to the park nearby and all the backyards and green space. An ideal setup.
What makes this property unique
Well, it would be hard to claim that a triple decker is "unique" in New England. You see them everywhere. But my building is a peaceful, quiet, happy building. The sun moves through the apartment wonderfully. And it has been haven of sorts for my family for a quarter of a century.
