About this property

Welcome to Waterside Retreat! Relax with your family at this peaceful location, or bring fishing buddies! It is in a great community on the canal with access to the Portage River/Lake Erie. Ideal for fisherman, boaters, birdwatchers. Includes room to park trailer/boat, private dock access, large deck, plenty of room in the yard to enjoy, large yard, free parking on site. Full kitchen, laundry, and two full baths. There are yard games, a grill, and patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors. There are three kayaks available for your use. Our property has two private docs. You are free to sit out there or fish out there but you cannot dock your boat there due to HOA restrictions.

Great quiet getaway

We loved staying here very clean and comfortable. Everything is as described. They concert across the street Saturday night was a nice bonus we sat by the fire pit and enjoyed the music we are planning another trip there next year thanks

Weeklong fishing trip

The house was clean, spacious and well maintained. There was plenty of room to park my boat in the driveway. A nice dock was available out back on the canal, but we were fishing more towards Sandusky, so we didn't use it. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. This will definitely be my first chioce when staying at Lake Erie.

Our property has a canal out front and on the back of property. There is room to dock your boat right out back, and ample parking for cars and trailers. The large back yard is great for relaxing, cooking, or playing yard games.
