Perfect location for our girls weekend that involved activities at the university. The home was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and the home was well located for our needs. Appreciated the abundance of coffee pods for our use! Check out procedures were easy. Would definitely stay here again.

TN Future Stars Weekend

We were late booking a hotel and this property was great for location and ease to UT Martin! We are grateful we found this because otherwise we would have had to drive an hour for a decent hotel.

Nice location in Martin

This home was conveniently located and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay during our trip for our daughter’s visit to UT Martin. Hosts were very nice and easy to work with.

We enjoyed it!

The house was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing because the check in/out times were different than the instructions provided in emails by an hour. This wasn't an issue for us with our timing. There were some dishes, but there were only 3 spoons. As a group of 7 we needed more than 3 spoons at a time, so we bought plastic spoons at a nearby store. A great place to stay together with family when you can't all fit in one hotel room.

Perfect home away from home!

This is our company's second year using this home for our hunters. I can't recommend it enough! The location is perfect, nestled in a peaceful area yet conveniently close to local attractions. It's just a short drive to the Discovery Park in Union City. Ms. Tori provides fantastic recommendations for activities and dining! This home provides a great space to relax and unwind after a day of hunting.Overall, our experience at Maplemere is nothing short of exceptional. we traveled to Martin to watch our son race in the OVC XC Championships and loved every minute of it. This cozy home is charming and clean and perfectly located. We will hopefully return here for graduation in 2026.

Great place in Martin for families!

This is our second time staying here and the place is great for families. The bunk room worked well for us as we have 4 daughters and everyone was able to have their own bed. We noticed that an iron and ironing board was added since our last visit which was nice. Everything you need for basic accommodations were here. The location is close to everything in town and the university. If you need a place to stay with family or friends this is a great option.

Easter stay in Martin
