THINGS TO NOTE:
Accessibility/Security: One flight of stairs (about 20 steps) to reach the apartment, no elevator.

Sound: The living room gets some pedestrian street noise but double glazed windows help with sound. All bedrooms are on the back of the building facing an interior light-well so they are quiet. The block is closed to traffic, it is pedestrians only. Taxis can pull up at either end of the block but no other vehicles.

Check In/Out: Check in is 4:00 to 7:30pm, by appointment. Check in from 7:30pm - 10pm is €50. 10pm - midnight is €80, paid in cash on arrival. Check out is 10am.
