Great getaway from the usual. Designed for the independent traveler. Escape the crowds and enjoy virgin beaches but still have all the comforts. Studio style room with separate kitchenette facilities for small meals. Air Conditioning in bedroom.

We are open and enjoying the best year end weather in years. The dire warnings from governments and the media focusing on the worst have faded however it’s always best to travel with confidence and caution. Determined visitors are rediscovering Nicaragua. We are still a great value and necessary inclusion for anyones adventure. There are regular flights to Big Corn Island. Please check with La Costena for flight schedules.

Hello from Big Corn Island

We just want to drop a note to our travelers and future travelers to the island.
We are here open and enjoying the best of year end weather we’ve had in years. The dire warnings from governments and the media focusing on the worst have faded however it’s always best to travel with confidence and caution. Determined visitors are still traveling and enjoying our great areas in Nicaragua.
There are once again two flights/day to Corn Island and the boats are running normal schedules. We are still great value and necessary inclusion for anyones adventure.
