Welcome to this bright 2nd floor 2 bed/2 bath condo located near all the amenities, including a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals and coffee shops.
Please note ***We do have a minimum 30 day stay required, due to HOA contracts*** We welcome any length of stay 30 days or more!
When you arrive you'll immediately step into a spacious living room where you can curl up to watch TV or open the glass sliding doors to your private deck for a beverage and bit of relaxation. Back inside your kitchen you'll find new quartz counters, new stainless steel appliances, and in-unit laundry.
Your primary bedroom overlooks a quiet walking path you can enjoy any time and includes a dresser, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bath. The 2nd bedroom provides an equally comfy queen bed, dresser, and plenty of closet space.
You also have a single car attached garage with an opener that includes space for the trash, recycling bins, and other storage. As you exit your garage you'll enter a hallway to your condo that is shared with only one other unit. No need to worry about mowing or snow removal, as we have it covered for you.
