Peaceful lakefront cottage with beach, fishing, and sunsets on private drive.

Our waterfront cottage on Little Long lake has the most amazing spot, view and sunsets on the lake. It is a very peaceful location on a private drive. The cottage sits on a peninsula with only 3 other homes on the road. There is hardly any traffic. There is also great fishing from our dock and a small private beach. The home has 3 quant bedrooms. One has a queen bed, one has a bunk with a double and single, and the third room has a double as well. We also have a cot size floor mattress for kids. There is one 1 small bathroom that has a walk-in shower. There are two window a/c units and one portable unit as a reserve. For heat, there is a stand-alone natural gas wall furnace and two HeatStorm wall units in the front two bedrooms. The fireplace is not available for use. There is also a propane grill.

The home is fully equipped and furnished with cookware, towels, blankets, and bedding, toys, floaties and wi-fi. There are two TV’s with Wi-Fi access for your own streaming on your own account. There is a dock to fish from and a lakeside fire pit. You will need to bring your own wood. There are kayaks to use AT YOUR OWN RISK. We assume no responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages that may be incurred as a result of the use. We do not allow pets as this is our vacation home as well, we do have a dog and he is out there with us when we are there. So if you are highly allergic to dogs our house might not be right for you. There is dish soap, toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towel and shampoo and conditioner provided.

Within 2 miles is the Long Lake Bar and Grill for dining and entertainment and Corky's party store. About 8 miles away is Wicker Hills Golf Coarse and then about 1/2 hr is Tawas and Lake Huron.
